As much of Hurley, Burish & Stanton's client base comes directly from referrals from other professionals, it follows that professionals continually trust HBS when facing licensing and disciplinary proceedings. HBS has a long history of providing guidance and advocacy from the initial investigation all the way through the final disposition and reinstatement proceedings.

Over the years, HBS has represented a spectrum of professionals including: physicians, dentists, psychologists, veterinarians, chiropractors, pharmacists, real estate brokers and other professional licensees, all on matters involving the Department of Regulation and Licensing.

HBS is also qualified and prepared to represent legal professionals under the new Office of Lawyer discipline system created by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. HBS has taken an active role in learning the new procedures and is ready to inform, advise and advocate for those facing an inquiry by OLR, or desiring reinstatement.
